Jonelle Adams

 

Dr. Adams has over 28 years experience in educational leadership and organization development. Her career has spanned both business and education systems. Dr. Adams has facilitated effective strategic and organization planning, professional development, project management and large-scale systems change.

Jonelle has a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Seattle University and currently serves as the Executive Director for the Washington Alliance for Better Schools, a twelve district non-profit consortium focused on improving academic achievement in the state of Washington.

Before joining the Washington Alliance, Jonelle was Corporate Education Manager for the Boeing Company and manager of Boeing Computer Services Organization Development and Consulting Services for twelve years.

Dr. Adams has also taught in the public school system and at Seattle Pacific University and Western Washington University.
